VARIANCE PERMIT APPLICATION
Variance request for garage within the R-1 zoning setbacks
Notice is hereby provided in accordance with IMC 15.08.110 that the City of Ilwaco will hold a public hearing on the variance request submitted on September 1, 2016 by Mike Cassinelli. The public hearing will be held on May 28, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ilwaco Community Building. The requested variance is to expand a garage within 6.5 feet of Eliza Street, which is within the required 15-foot side yard setback, and to expand the garage for a total size of more than 1,000 square feet. The project is located at 204 Eliza Avenue SE, Ilwaco, Washington 98624: parcel number 73038012004. The project is located in the R-1 zoning district and will require a building permit and is SEPA exempt per WAC 197-11-800(6)(a). Project information can be found on file at Ilwaco City Hall, 120 First Avenue North, Ilwaco, Washington 98624. Citizens may provide written or oral comments at the hearing. Members of the public who are not able to attend can submit certified letters before the public hearing.
