The following Flood Warning was issued by the National Weather Service (courtesy of Pacific County Emergency Management):

NWS Issues a Flood Warning for Friday December 20, 2019.
The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Flood Warning for the Willapa River. The river is now expected to rise above flood stage around 4:00 p.m. and crest around 6:00 p.m. at 22.6 feet. Flood stage for the Willapa River near Willapa is 21 feet. Minor flooding is forecast.
Above 22 feet expect several low lying roads and farmland to be flooded with swiftly moving water. Flooding is also possible on US Highway 101 Saturday morning in Raymond depending on the level of the tide.
Sand and sandbags are available at the county stockpile facility located at 3900 Willapa Road. You will need to bring your own shovels and fill your own sandbags.
The Naselle River is forecast to crest below flood stage. The predicted crest for the Naselle is 14.16 feet. Flood Stage for the Naselle is 15.5 feet.
