*Per Governor Inslee’s Proclamation (updated 7/2/2020):
- Proclamation 20-28.6 and the state legislative leadership have extended the existing Open Public Meetings Act and Public Record Act waivers and prohibitions through 11:59 PM on July 7; however, public agencies holding meetings in counties currently in Phase 3 may optionally, in addition to the remote meeting elements, include an in-person component to a public meeting if all of the conditions in the proclamation are followed, including six feet of physical separation between attendees, maximum attendance of 50 people, compliance with Order 20-03 regarding facial coverings, and other requirements. If at any time the in-person component of the meeting cannot meet these requirements, the entire meeting (including the phone/remote component) must be adjourned, continued, or terminated until the conditions can be met.

Shoreline exemption and boundary line adjustment application for single family residence in the R-1 zoning district.
Notice is hereby provided in accordance with IMC 15.08.110, which stipulates that the City of Ilwaco will hold a public hearing for the boundary line adjustment application and shoreline exemption initiated by the applicant Steve Cartier. This proposal includes a boundary line adjustment to consolidate three lots on site to build a single-family residence, which requires final decision by the Hearing Examiner. The project will also require a building permit. The project is located along State Route 100 (Robert Gray Drive); number parcel 73008005006. A 14-day public comment period on this application concludes on June 30, 2020. All public comments on this application must be received by the city planner by four p.m. on June 30, 2020. A Hearing Examiner will consider the application on July 7, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. at the Ilwaco Community Building and via Zoom Teleconference. Sign-in instructions will be posted at the Ilwaco Post Office, on the Community Room door and on the City’s website www.ilwaco-wa.gov (see below). Decisions made by the hearings examiner are appealable to Pacific County Superior Court per Title 15.08.150 (G) of the Unified Development Ordinance. Project information can be found on file at Ilwaco City Hall, 120 First Avenue North, Ilwaco, Washington 98624. Any person may comment on the application, receive notice of any hearings, submit oral or written comments at any hearings, and request a copy of the final decision. Members of the public who are not able to attend can submit certified letters before the hearings examiner hearing.
