Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) application to consolidate two lots for the future purpose of placement of a single-family residence

Notice is hereby provided in accordance with IMC 15.08.110, which stipulates that the City of Ilwaco will hold a public hearing for the boundary line adjustment application and shoreline exemption initiated by the applicants Josh and Angie Currie. This proposal includes a boundary line adjustment to consolidate two lots on site for the future purpose of placing a single-family residence, which requires final decision by the Hearing Examiner (IMC 11.15.020.B). The project is located south of Lake Street ; parcel number 73038012002. A 14-day public comment period on this application concludes on July 14, 2020. All public comments on this application must be received by the city planner by four p.m. on A Hearings Examiner will consider the application on July 15, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Building and via Zoom teleconferencing. Sign-in instructions will be posted at the Ilwaco Post Office, on the door of the Community Building, and on the City’s website (see below). Decisions made by the Hearings Examiner are appealable to Pacific County Superior Court per Title 15.08.150 (G) of the Unified Development Ordinance. Project information can be found on file at Ilwaco City Hall, 120 First Avenue North, Ilwaco, Washington 98624. Any person may comment on the application, receive notice of any hearings, submit oral or written comments at any hearings, and request a copy of the final decision. Members of the public who are not able to attend can submit certified letters before the hearing examiner hearing.
