The Downtown Revitalization Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ilwaco Fire Hall meeting room.

The Downtown Ilwaco Revitalization Committee was formed in March of 2022 and is tasked with "engaging business owners and community members to encourage economic development of the downtown core."  The committee is recognized as a sub-committee serving in an advisory capacity to the Ilwaco Planning Commission.  Members are not required to be a citizen of Ilwaco, but will successfully demonstrate to the mayor their affiliation with the city and desire for improvement of its economy.

In October of 2022, the City of Ilwaco was selected as an affiliate member of the WA Main Street Program!
