Midway Underground will be performing roadway repair work in our area as part of the City of Ilwaco's pavement preservation project.  This work is being completed in preperation for the upcoming chip seal treatment. The roadway repair work may include removal and replacement of failed pavement areas, grading, placement of crushed rock, and other necessary roadway repairs to prepare the existing roadway for the chip seal.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During construction, residents should expect:

• Construction equipment and crews working in the roadway
• Temporary traffic control and flaggers
• Delays and intermittent traffic restrictions
• Reduced speeds through area
• Construction noise and dust
• Temporary changes to access to driveways an adjacent properties

Every effort will be made to maintain access to residences and businesses whenever possible. However, short-term delays may occur while construction activities are taking place. Please follow all posted signs and directions from flaggers and construction personnel.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD

If you need to enter or leave your property during construction, please allow additional travel time and use caution around construction equipment and personnel. We ask that residents avoid entering closed or restricted areas for their safety and the safety of our crews.

Work schedules may change due to weather, site conditions, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
