DB Utility will begin Ilwaco's water meter replacement project beginning today in Vandalia and progressing throughout the city over the next 8 weeks.  DB Utility will be working to complete this important update to our water meters that will improve the water system efficiency, accuracy, and long-term service reliability.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Brief Service Interruption: There will be a short disruption to your water service during the meter replacement. We’ll do our best to keep this as brief as possible.

Meter Access Needed: Our crews will need clear and safe access to your water meter pit. If applicable please ensure pets are secured and any obstructions are removed promptly.

Door Hangers: Our crews will place a door hanger on the handle of your front door to confirm the work has been completed, or there will require a follow up visit.

Proper Identification: Crews will have magnets and proper signage on vehicles, along with badges and high visibility outer wear.
