Utility Billing Problems

Regretfully, the city experienced some technical difficulties with our billing system this month and the electronic file that creates our utility bills was unable to be created.  All customers will be receiving paper copies of their August water/sewer bill through the U.S. Postal Mail next week.  If you normally receive your bill electronically and are on an auto pay arrangement it is still effective.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at City Hall at (360) 642-3145.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
